2. Membership and Class Policies

Class Reservations: All classes require advance reservation through our booking system. Class spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy: Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of class credit or payment.

Membership Terms: Unlimited memberships are month-to-month and require 30 days written notice for cancellation. Class packages do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Payment: All fees are due at the time of service or membership enrollment. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. Returned payments will incur additional fees.

3. Health and Safety

Medical Clearance: You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent your participation in physical exercise. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

Assumption of Risk: You understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in classes and use of facilities.

Injuries: You must immediately report any injuries to studio staff. Move Studios is not responsible for injuries sustained during classes or while using facilities.

Personal Property: Move Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please secure your belongings and do not bring valuables to the studio.

4. Code of Conduct

Respectful Behavior: All members and guests must treat staff, instructors, and other participants with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Studio Etiquette: Please arrive on time, turn off mobile devices during class, and follow instructor guidance. Late arrivals may be denied entry to maintain class integrity.

Cleanliness: Please maintain personal hygiene and help keep the studio clean by wiping down equipment after use and disposing of trash properly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, mobile application, and in our classes, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Move Studios and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
